1 Brückengleichrichter 12V Wechselstrom auf ca. 18V Gleichstrom
2. Relay for controlling the light unit, flash and electromagnet. Both thin cables serve as a switching wire and are connected to a button in the chair back.
3. Dimmer circuit
4. RC-element for the slow increase of brightness
5. Halogen lamp
6. Relay for activating the heating unit
7. Electric magnet. Coil with moveable iron core. Hits the metall pipe of the chair sychnronized with the flash
8. Flash socket
9. Time delay circuit. Is activated after starting the flash and activates the heating unit.
10. glass container with filament
For the power supply a 12V alternating current transformer is used in order to provide enough power for the light and the filament.

A restance wire was cut to a certain length, so that it reaches a suitable temperature without burning out itself.
For building up the smoke and smell PE plastic (e.g. simple plastic bags) and "Cleaner for hotplates" were used.
