Normaly everyone can use a chair in the public space. The basic idea of this chair is to give the user a private chair. a chair you can lock.
if someone sits down without permission an alertlamp starts to blink and a loud siren yells.
it also works in the other way. you can lock persons on the chair. if they now stand up the siren starts to yell.
