Synopsis
"Touched echo" is a medial installation for the balustrade on the "Bruehlsche Terrasse" in Dresden. From there tourists have a great outlook on Dresden "Neustadt", which was almost completly destroyed in World War II during a massive bombing attack of the English Airforce. With the gesture of closing their ears (to the bombs), interactors are taken back to the past of his place (13.2.1945). They hear bombers flying over their head and a bit later, far away, the explosions of the bombs.

Thus all tourists lean on the ballustrade to enjoy the outlook, extending it was an ideal starting point.

An icon at the balustrade explains the interaction. By leaning on it and closing your ears, you can listen to the embeded sound of the attacking bombers during World War II.
